At RouBoi Entertainment LLC, we take pride in offering high-quality collectibles, music-related products, and merchandise that are carefully selected and handled. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items.
No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final – Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

No returns on collectibles or graded cards – Due to the fluctuating value of collectibles and trading cards, all purchases are non-refundable.

No exchanges on apparel or merchandise – Please ensure you select the correct size and design before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items

We will review your request and determine if a resolution is possible. Resolutions may include store credit or a replacement at our discretion, but refunds will not be issued.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If an order is marked as "Delivered" but not received, please check with your local carrier or file a claim with them directly.
